ME&A works with brokers and clients to create financing programs and loans that are flexibly designed to fit a given situation. We can offer higher leverage; non-recourse loans; shorter or longer terms; larger loan and equity amounts. We also provide an alternative funding source and investments to other private lenders/investors seeking senior, junior, or co-investment financing for their deals that fall outside of a routine paradigm.
Broker Relationships
Ongoing, long term relationships with brokers is our goal. At ME&A, we value our broker relationships and honor the proprietary and contractual relationships that brokers have with their clients/borrowers. ME&A also has a business practice to ensure that broker commissions are protected. All broker commissions are disbursed at time of closing and are covered under the borrower's closing statement.
